Wonderful staycation and happy to stay again!!

We had a camper van stay at Leigh Central and found it to be very well organised, easy access and parking, quiet and friendly cleaning staff who were very helpful. The communal kitchen, dining and lounge area had everything one could wish for and some excess food items if one was really lost for a meal! I’d happy stay here again and highly recommend it over other holiday camps in the area. Ideal for weddings as well because cabins offer accommodation for wedding guests. Many places of interest in the area include a picturesque wharf, Goat Island reserve, pub, fish & chips shop etc, etc!

Great location

Great location for exploring the Leigh region. Very clean and well appointed unit. Just love the coastal decor vibe.
Self entry with palm key code, which gets emailed to you a couple of days prior.
Would recommend staying here.

Cosy yet spacious

Staying at this motel is easy, with the keyless entry and clear instructions (sent via email). The units are quiet, clean and spacious and have everything you want, with a semi-private deck which looked out onto the campground. I found it easy to relax here.

Perfect for a summer stay.

We only stayed one night but found the coastel ideal for our needs. The decor was cute and the apartment largely clean and functional if not rustic. I suspect it would have been very cold in winter. The dishwasher didn't work (and we had to turn it off in the end as it kept making annoying beeping noises) which didn't really matter for us, although I emailed the owner about this and they've not replied. Little extras like Oreos in the cooke jar were a hit with our 6 year old and he loved having a nook to sleep in!

Charming, well appointed campervan site

Impressive independent campervan park with surprisingly good aesthetics. The kitchen and lounge area has excellent interior decorations, making it feel like a real home. The van park itself is not big but the space we got was ample, with space for a picnic table and chairs. Fresh water is available directly at our site. Most visually pleasing are the five “tiny house” lodges painted in different shades of blue. So charming! The bathrooms and laundry facilities are impeccably clean and well equipped.
There are a few things that can be better, and that’s why it’s not a “5” rating: 1) there should be more cook tops and sinks. Currently only 2 portable tops with 2 burners each and only 1 sink. Often times one party would occupy both tops and the sink during dinner time, leaving no space for other guests. 2) shower is limited to 3 mins. 5 would have been more reasonable. 3) it doesn’t have an onsite black water dump, making it a bit inconvenient if you are staying for multiple days.
Other than that, it’s one of the best holiday parks we’ve been at. The manager Rachel is helpful and responsive. We
highly recommend this place to anyway visiting the area.
