Good accommodation, excellent food.
The bedrooms are basic but, at the same time, comfortable and warm. This was mid-tour and we were needing a rest which we got at this hotel. The service was friendly and informal and we chatted with the owners on several occasions about a variety of subjects.
The food was excellent, in fact it was so good I ordered the same dish on the second night. Interestingly, the Norwegians who were also staying here, also ordered the same.
There was free Wi-Fi, free coffee and a comfortable lounge area to sit in.
The hotel/guest house was obviously popular with local residents and also local groups. This is always a good sign.
The town itself was busy with locals but I didn't meet any other tourists because it was off-season. The town was, however, open.

OK for overnight...
The restaurant does not really deserve that title, a cantin describes it better. A short list, nothing special, a "Beefsnadder" was a peculiar mix if beefstripes, off the paper bag sauce, meshed with salad... mediocre!
Breakfast OK, with many choises, the local habit seems to be a breakfast-to-go, as people left the breakfast room with filled thermoses and full bags! This is not to blame the hotel.

Günstige, seniorenfreundliche, barrierefreie Unterkunft mit kostenlosen Parkplatz in landschaftlich schöner Lage und Restauran
Gute Betten, Möglichkeit Zustellbett gegen Aufpreis, das Hotell ist in die Jahre gekommen und speziell das Badezimmer ist sehr einfach, aber funktionell ist alles top, alle Basics sind vorhanden.
Alle Zimmer sind im Erdgeschoss, hier kann man direkt hereinrollen und man kann direkt davor parken.
Das Frühstück ist wie die ganze Unterkunft, einfach und bequem, keine Highlights.
Das Personal ist sympathisch und bemüht sich um seine Gäste.
Ich würde wieder da übernachten.
