Beautiful place, dear owners
Beautiful, nice campsite – and good cabins – in a beautiful spot, with its 'own' river. Cozy restaurant – with delicious spare ribs on the menu – which also has a nice veranda. Good and clean sanitary facilities, the most spacious shower ever on a campsite! Super sweet owners – Petra and Jeroen – for whom nothing is too much to please their guests. We had to go to the doctor because of an accident and Petra personally arranged that with their own GP. The area is also very beautiful and interesting, including an old cobalt mine that you can visit, the museum of painter Theodor Kittelsen and his house.

For a campsite, it blew our socks off.
We were given an entire cabin (double room, 4 single bunk beds, full bathroom, full kitchen, full front room/sitting area with a dining table and working TV, outdoor chairs and table). The outhouse also included everything you'd expect on a campsite, i.e; fishing rod, barbeque and relevant barbeque lighting materials.
The double bed was very comfy, however the curtain/blind was a problem due to the midnight sun but we still slept very well.
Kitchen was clean and equipped enough to last us for a day, cannot comment on usage for a longer stay.
Bathroom was modern, spacious, had a good shower with plenty hot water, toilet flush was good and had two sinks.
Front room/sitting area had a 3/4 person sofa and a small coffee table. We did not use the TV.
Dining table could easily accommodate 6 people maybe more.
Overall the place was superb, very clean, nothing broken, no mould or damage and the place was very easy and we didn't have anything to worry about. The only negative we found was the chap running it was unsure of the smallest things (bed linen was not a perfect matching set) but this by no means was off putting. He was very polite and friendly and told us his wife was usually in charge of these things but was not available. He knew enough to not impact on our stay.
Good location next to a river and mountains. Views were brilliant.
Fantastic overall and would not hesitate to stay again (for a longer period of time too). Outstanding value for money (unsure if it was based per person or per cabin however).

Awesome trip
This was a grat little campsite! We stayed for 5 nights in summerhouse number 8. A beautiful little home. The campsite is
beautiful, the surrounding area is stunning but the thing that sets this site are the guys that run it. Friendliest peole who are pleasent all day and actually want to talk to guests. They were very accomodating for a couple of english lads who speak no norweigan. There is a restauraunt on site open friday, saturday and sunday and the food is outstanding! Deffo recommend for anyone wanting to stay out in the sticks! Any english people looking for a getaway for some peace this is the place to go!

Maten her er utrolig god, man skal sette av god tid når man skal spise i restauranten. Ett tips er å bestille take-away hvis man har litt dårlig tid.
Betjeningen er generelt hyggelig.
Ett minus er at man vet aldri om restauranten er åpen eller ikke, må sjekke hver gang man skal spise her.

Sensacional
Estuvimos en una cabaña preciosa, con cocina-comedor, 2 habitaciones, baño privado y porche-terraza. Conexión wifi y tv incluidas. Limpieza a cargo del huésped o cargo por limpieza. No incluye ropa de cama ni toallas. Pizzas italianas autenticas en horno de leña, fabulosas, en el restaurante del camping, muy mono decorado. No ofrecen desayunos. Entorno precioso, muy tranquilo. Calidad-precio fantástico para Noruega. Absolutamente recomendable.
