Great stay in Kinsarvik.

Excelent stay at a wonderful place. Everything was as published on internet site, no surprises. Quiet and beautiful with surroundings. Good bed, recently reformed bathroo, working kitchen appliances and enough room for a family of four.
Would reccommend to anyone intersted in visiting the area.

Gorgeous views from a tiny cabin

Stayed for two nights in a double room which is actually a tiny cabin in the middle of a farm set in the hills overlooking the Hardangerfjord. Spectacular views. Host was very friendly. Room had a kitchenette with a fridge and there is a Spar supermarket about five minutes away with a car. There is one hotel with a restaurant and one separate restaurant in the village below. Access road is narrow and unpaved, would recommend additional insurance on the rental (flying gravel). Easy access to the four waterfalls hike in Husedalen valley. Overall very calm and pretty, although too small for two people for a longer stay (no closet or hangers, no space to unpack properly). Excellent WiFi.

Just beautiful! Wish we stayed longer..

We stayed at the cabin behind the main house. It's a studio type room with a a double bed, a bathroom and the end of th cabin a kitchenette and dining table,
The cabin is beautifully restored, panel wood in white. Because the house is on a hill, so the view from the the kitchen table is so breadth taking, one can see the mountain and fjord..
the Kinsarvik area is so beautiful just to drive around, very serene compared to other busy town. if we know this before, we would have stay longer to enjoy the serenity, By the way, do not miss the Latefossen twin waterfalls, drive the 20km to go and see it, you wont regret it.
The host was really lovely as well, looking up information re road close as there was a road slide in the opposite side of the road strip,

Bryllupstur

Beautifully restored houses in a scenic setting with mountains and waterfalls. The cabin had all the equipment one could wish for (stairs are a little steep). Graceful and friendly host. For families, a great place to spend a week exploring the area.

TOP in jeder Hinsicht

Die mit Abstand beste und schlönste Unterkunft während unserer Norwegenrundreise. Zwar klein, aber hochfein mit bester Aussicht und Ambiente. Wir hatten das Glück, daß das Wetter gut war, bei Schlechtwetter wird es eventuell schon sehr kuschelig.
