Furu delight

Lovely hostel that met all my needs! I do wish the kitchen had been open early as I wanted to prepare myself a cup of coffee before leaving early to hike. But other than that, all was great!

Very cozy and relaxed place. It is a hostel with some full equipped cabins attached - very nice staff and VERY relaxed atmosphere

best rest day ever

We really enjoyed our stay at FURU! Wonderful safe haven with good vibes! Perfect as a base for many things to do on Lofoten or as pit-stop. The people and team are super nice and openminded. We were doing a through-hike on Lofoten and decided to come here for a dry night and shower. We booked an extra night after having been there for just a few hours because we enjoyed it so much! Everyone was respectful of each other concerning noise in my shared room. The bathrooms are the nicest i‘ve ever had in a hostel. Great shower and super clean, loved that for my days here! Since they know the weather in Lofoten can b very wet they set up a dry room which was our saving after a long hiking day in the full rain.
The dorm bunk beds had own sockets, lamp, a cupboard and a curtain, perfect hostel set-up imo. The kitchen is a bit small but it always worked out fine for us :) Easy to connect with other people and it’s possible to eat own food in one of the lounges upstairs in case the table is too full.
The hostel is surrounded by wonderful nature, close to nice hikes and walks through the forest, hills and Lake :) Location is convenient since it’s on the main bus route and the main E10 road.
Next time i want to try the Sauna! It looked amazing but we didn’t manage to go. Instead we splurged on the delicious Kardamom buns and the hummus sandwich - suuper delicious.

With love for detail.

Super hostel, which was furnished with a lot of love and attention to detail. From day one, one feels at home. The bathrooms were always available and also beautifully furnished. The cleanliness was also maintained at all times. I used the van docking and the coworking space for 2 weeks - you cannot imagine a better office, it is unmatched in coziness. The availability of the reception and the selection in the café were also fantastic. The guest kitchen could be a bit larger. Thanks also to the entire crew who brought a smile to everyone's face every day. ✨

Amazing stay

We stayed for 5 nights and really had an amazing time!
Furu is located at a beautiful lake and you can really make yourself comfortable there.
Amazing food, staff and common rooms.
