Good hotel with a great breakfast. Very well located for seeing the sights in Bergen. Our only complaint was that there was constant noise from a generator or similar both day and night. Based on our room location, the recommendation would be to ask for a room facing the road rather than located to the rear of the hotel.

Room was very warm, despite it not being warm out. Breakfast is good but is a bit of a mess mess, starts at 7am by which there is already a big queue. Anyone can walk in to breakfast without name being checked.
Location is perfect though, easy to get from the airport. Clean, rooms good size. Slightly noisy but nothing too bad.

Excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable room and very helpful staff. My only adverse comment is that there is little hanging/storage space if you are staying more than one day.

Room was clean. Bathroom was clean but they do not provide bath mat towel and water from shower gets all over the floor. We had to use hand towel to wipe floor.
We had a fridge and lots of coffee, tea and creamer but don’t count on these, since on our second visit at this hotel we had no fridge and only decaf and no creamer. Very inconsistent! We had requested same type of room.
Some of the staff were great, others not so much.
We were able to leave our luggage for a day between visits and that was very convenient.

Room was a good size for two people. Everything was clean and organized. Wish there had been a coffee maker ( they had instant coffee only) and curtains were more blackout as light came into the courtyard facing room. Location was excellent walking to points of interest, airport train, cruise terminal. Good value.
