Good. Could be better.

Great location and relatively clean, as most of the reviews (here and on other sites) say. Front desk staff were not as friendly as the reviews led me to expect- they were not unfriendly, but I’ve met far more impressive front desk personnel.
Apparently bills cannot be charged to your room, which I found a bit irritating. You must settle everything immediately, with the staff hovering around. Again, not as welcoming as I had expected.

Exceptionally Clean Hotel

Warm Reception and Exceptionally Clean hotel. Very good location. The serenity is awesome. The rooms are fantastically clean and well maintained. Very friendly staff who are supportive. I would always recommend this place to anyone who loves cleanliness.
