Clean affordable and great Service

Great place for Business and Leisure.
Definitely recommended.
Clean, affordable, great food and staff.
This is a hotel that started 24 years ago with great modernization and looking new. The maintenance culture is great.
Overview: I highly recommend this hotel.

Most of the tv series I saw were not current airings but repeat programmes.
Staff at the hotel were good. Proximity to shopping centre and a bank. I think when I visit again Hotel Rosebud in Abuja will not be a bad choice.

Short nice stay

Clean friendly staff and spacious rooms ...no lift so if on top floor den be prepared to climb 3 floors stairs flight ... nite life is active in the area with clubs and bars nearby and getting around Abuja from the hotel is fairly easy

Nice & clean - but...

If you are looking for a budget hotel in Abuja, the Rosebud could be your top choice. The property is centrally located and the hotel is kept in an impeccably clean condition. Internet is free - though the log-in system is a bit antiquated and causes more grief than the free service could ever give you happiness.
The staff is generally very friendly and trying to help you with whatever you may need. The Restaurant is strictly African and the free breakfast can easily get boring as there is neither choice nor variety on the Continental side of matters.
The real downside however is the open air night club that is blasting "music" far beyond the capacity of their loud-speakers and way beyond a noise level bearable for anyone trying to sleep within the neighborhood.

Hotel management disorganised. We were supposed to have room and free breakfast. But got charged. Then we were told the free breakfast is for one person only. Then we still got charged. Then we were told the free breakfast was only the omelette and bread and coffee and nothing else from the buffet. So the free breakfast was a big issue for them and us. Staff didn't communicate. They were going to charge me for the hotel until I showed my receipt from Expedia. Staff were friendly but service very slow. Cleanliness was good in our room. I'd not rate this hotel as Three star. Noisy music close by too but I was aware of that beforehand but unaware of poor limitations for free breakfast. Would not chose this hotel again
