Wellness Relaxing Retreat at Kavya Himalayas
The resort is surrounded by lush greenery and is home to a wonderful variety of birdlife, creating a peaceful retreat for nature lovers. Despite being nestled in nature, the property is impeccably maintained—we hardly noticed any insects during our stay.
What truly sets Kavya Himalayas apart is its exceptional hospitality. Every member of the staff was warm, cheerful, genuinely service-oriented, and always willing to help with a smile, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
We also experienced the spa treatments, and our therapist, Sarda, was outstanding. We enjoyed the Potli Massage as well as the Trekker’s Massage on the following day, and both were excellent—highly rejuvenating after long walks and treks.
Kavya Himalayas is a perfect blend of spectacular natural beauty, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and rejuvenating Himalayan getaway.

Wellness relaxing retreat
I had been wanting to visit the wellness centre at Atmantan, but I found everything I was looking for at Kavya. Dr. Ravi gave us personal attention, took the time to understand our health, and explained their holistic approach with great care.
Guruji was the highlight of our stay. Through yoga, meditation, and sound therapy, he helped us understand our bodies better and showed us how the simple act of conscious breathing can bring about deep healing and transformation.
The therapies were exceptional. I tried the Potli and Hot Stone massage, and my therapist, Srijana, was wonderful. Her healing touch and expertise made it an experience I would highly recommend to every visitor.
A special mention to Chef Prakash, whose food is cooked with so much love and care. Every meal reminded us of the warmth and comfort of our mother’s kitchen.
Kavya truly rejuvenates the body, mind, and soul. We left feeling refreshed, renewed, and deeply grateful. We will definitely be back.
