Nice hotel with big spacious room good breakfast options and wonderful staff.
Mandalay is a big city so location was okay close to the palace. If you need to get more around there are plenty of TUKTUK’s.
Booked 4 nights and had a wonderful time.

Not worth paying so much money...I could have easily got a better hotel at the same price...I picked just based on prior reviews

Excellent Hospitality

We spent 2 nights at this hotel and all of the staff were welcoming and friendly.We arrived the hotel earlier than check-in time.The front desk is very helpful with Transportations and will provide you with flight,bus/Boat times and prices,will book for you if necessary also.In particular Thet Swe Win was exceptionally helpful and friendly,went out of his way with suggestions of what to see around the Mandalay and arrange the taxis for these tours.

Really old hotel and no mosquito-net - but nice staff

Cons: The rooms are really old and the hotel generally feels run down. The rooms don’t have mosquito-nets, which is a problem since there is both malaria, Zika and dengue in Myanmar. We got a lot of mosquito bites, and it is hard to sleep with mosquitoes bussing around your heads.
Pros: The staff is nice and helpful and the location is good (but busy). And the rooms are clean - but they feel scruffy because the decor and furniture is old.

Starsky & Hutch und Hotel

We have been for 5 nights in the hotel. The Hotel is very nice with friendly staff and a nice rooftop bar&pool. The staff can all speak english .
During our visit starsky & hutch drove us through Mandalay. They know all places by heart. They are very reliable people that I can definetly recommend. If they had an own Tripadvisor side i would give them 5/5 Stars.
