Excellent customer service

A week stay at Emerald Palace Hotel : “grand villa” is clean, large space. Should choose the corner villa which is quite peaceful.
Excellent customer service.
Suggestion: should add a transparent wooden slide door so that two people could do their own stuff in a large bathroom.

Very good experience

Lamin Thu is a great hospitality professional. We feel very comfortable with both him and his colleagues.
The food is very delicious and made to order.

The service attitude is really good, the hotel environment is beautiful, if it weren't for the epidemic, it should be popular! There are not many foreigners in the hotel, the breakfast is very rich, except for the distance! If I come next time, I think I will choose this hotel again!

We came to Naypyidaw, the new capital of Myanmar, and stayed at the beautiful Emerald Hotel. We made an online reservation on Angkorta. The staff turned on the air conditioner before we checked into the room, which made us feel relaxed after a hard day's work. It was really thoughtful! Naypyidaw has a special hotel area, so there is no transportation near the hotel. When we go out, the hotel service staff will communicate with us in advance and help us call a car, so that we can travel without any worries or safety issues. The hotel staff will communicate with the driver about our itinerary in advance. Although we don't understand Burmese, we really feel at home! When you have nothing to do, you can go around the hotel. The hotel is like a resort, with surprises everywhere, very comfortable, except that there are no other problems, which may be related to the incomplete supporting facilities in the new capital! This hotel is really great!

Excellent Hotel

Comfortable to live in. The rooms area are big and the hotel is very quiet. The breakfast is perfect and the staff is friendly. It's very convenient because it's near to Junction Center and easy to get around

Good Time

Really nice hotel with friendly staff especially Mr La Min Thu at the pool service he was very nice and looked after our team with good service . The pool was clean and all amenities were very nice . Service to our rooms was efficient and friendly
