The reception on arrival was fantastic. You served delicious food and overall the staff are accommodating and very understanding, despite the fact there language barrier.

Beautiful property spoiled by poor guest services

I like my coffee and was excited to find my booking confirmation promising a Nespresso machine. Imagine being told it was not available, my colleagues were offered one cup of coffee at the bar in lieu! As a business traveller, an iron is essential, even this was not provided. The height was when they could not even return two dollars in local currency at checkout! Terrible experience! They need to up their game urgently!
