Good place and good price!

1) House: from the outside quite scary and ugly but well arranged inside. Only big negative point: they live on the same level than us and smoke inside. It smells everywhere. There is a "parking-garden lot".
2) Room: excellent except there was no garbage. But there was a big TV, air conditioner, a big closet, a fridge and towels. It was clean!
3) Bathroom: one bathroom for the guest and for the family! It was clean but there was no water when I was there so no shower or teeth brushing wich was really annoying (full of sea salt).
4) Family: quite nice but the only one speaking English was the little boy so communication wasn't easy.
5) Location: hard to find! There is no name, no sign (you really need to put a sign!!) But mapme know the way!
For the price (20€) I would recommend it!
