Beware there is no restaurant for lunch and dinner, but you can easily find one nearby.

Think again

The hotel’s location is good, but it has some major shortcomings.
First of all, there is an air conditioner mounted directly above the bed. During the night, I got too cold and turned it off. However, the condensation that had built up started dripping onto my bed for the rest of the night. I had to place a towel on the bed to keep the mattress and sheets from getting soaked. (I’m attaching a photo.)
Another issue is the shower. The water temperature constantly changes while you’re showering. Every now and then, it suddenly turns ice cold, which is very unpleasant.
The last—and most important—issue is the attitude of the staff. It genuinely made me uncomfortable. Do not expect friendliness or courtesy. This applies both to the reception staff and the employees in the restaurant downstairs.
This morning, I went down for breakfast. The first thing you should do is greet your guests with a simple “Good morning,” and then politely ask for their room number. Instead, I was asked for my room number in a rude and suspicious manner, as if I was trying to sneak into the restaurant without permission. After I gave my room number and entered, the waiter asked me for it again.
Are you kidding me?
I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. If the hotel management is reading this, they should invest in proper customer service, courtesy, and hospitality training for their staff.

Amazing staff, great location, and great breakfast. Not in city center, but a very short walk away, so it's quiet at night. Definitely recommend staying here.

GREAT EXPERIENCE

It's in a great location, you can explore the whole city on foot. The rooms are large, spacious and clean, and include all amenities such as slippers, a kettle, several types of tea, a hairdryer, a TV, all cleaning supplies, towels, a safe, and a mini-fridge. There's free parking downstairs, although we had a little trouble finding the entrance on our first visit. Breakfast between 7 and 10 is very tasty and offers a wide variety. The staff were excellent and helpful, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. In my opinion, it definitely deserves to be chosen in terms of price-performance ratio. Look no further for another hotel in this beautiful city; this one will make you happy, I wholeheartedly recommend it.
