The jewel of Kotor bay
Villa nikcevic is a pearl on the bay of kotor. Its interior and exterior is reflecting a Palace of times gone by. An absolute must is to stay here as we stayed for 6 nights.
Not only is Ljuta the most quaint and enhanced village on the whole kotor bay, it is by far the best place we ever stayed. There is nothing wanted. It's perfection from the private access to the sea to a heated swimming pool and stunning breakfast fresh and sumptuous.
The interior is oozing character and comfort in equal measures. The unique furniture gives it character and elegance. The peaceful setting and tranquil place adds to truly a unique feel.
You can explore Kotor, Perast and all sightseeing places within minutes but make sure you return in the evening to the villa where you can enjoy a drink by the pool or the sea as you wish.
I run my own place for years and I can honestly say there is no place wich compares to the villa nikcevic - 5 stars from us.
Another 5 stars for the incredible staff. Nemanje, Daniela, and Nekola, I hope I wrote the names right otherwise apologies.
These people are miracle workers if there is a problem they fix it in an instant with a smile not that there is an issue, their sense of humor friendliness and kindness surpasses anything we ever discovered on our travels.
We can just say we are grateful for your hospitality
We will return to this jewel on the bay of Kotor. We wish the owner, a very forthcoming gentleman, and his crew all the best for the future. You made our dream come true for an exceptional holiday.

Wedding in villa
we rented the whole villa for our wedding...
everything was just perfect.
the service, the food, the staff..., all were so kind and helpfull.
the villa is perfectly located and has everything you need. Nice pool,great view on the seaside,quiet...

Absolutely wonderful place
We stayed in the villa for three days with a large group of friends and family. Having looked at most of the private villas of a similar size in the Kotor Bay area, this was without doubt the nicest. It has everything you would want - gorgeous, spacious rooms, a lovely tiered exterior with a pool, private bar, sun loungers, a dining area and to top it off a large private stone-decked bay-side terrace with steps into the water. Location is amazing - its in a stunning, quiet corner of the bay, 5 minutes walk from one of the best restaurants in Montenegro, 5 minutes drive from one of the best beach bars and about 10 mins drive from both Kotor and Perast. To top it off, the staff are wonderful. We'll definitely be going back.

A beautiful villa in a stunning location
We rented this beautiful villa for our extended family attending our son's wedding in Kotor. It exceeded our expectations and was absolutely perfect! The large, well appointed rooms and studios provided a mix of accommodation ideal for a large group comprising children and adults and the setting is fabulous with views down the bay from the waterside seating area. The location, rooms, hospitality and food were all wonderful. Our family loved every moment of our visit. The staff looked after us like royalty. They went the extra mile and couldn’t have been more helpful. A truly memorable place!

Amazing views!
Vila Nikcevic is a fantastic villa situated beneath the high mountains of Montenegro on the Bay of Kotor. It's a quick car ride to town. The staff went out to their way to make us feel at home, and accommodated every request . The rooms are well appointed, clean and comfortable with marvelous views of the Bay.
