Worst holiday experience in our life
Unfortunately, worst holiday experience from whole my life.
We arrived on Sunday, no toilet paper provided, shops are closed during this day. Someone else, during the week nocked on the door asking for 'paper/help'.
Shower is leaking, owner do not provide any fix like towel. instead of repairing construction defect, they blame you for i correctly using of the shower.
Not available blanket for children, they do not change bedding if you do not ask for it - longer staying.
In case of air-cond failure at neigbor, they start repairing/drill after 22:00, ignoring your children. No much available plates, utilities at the kitchen corner.
Owner together with his phone contact person (Kristine) behave like thieves, lie is their default form of communication.
If you do not like bad day on your holiday, be wise when choose this option.
