Wonderful accomodation
We had a great experience at this hotel. Clean rooms, delicious breakfast, clean and pleasant spa. The staff was also very friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. It is located close to the beach and some supermarkets. Definetly recommend.

Very happy with our stay (not in high season)
I note many previous negative reviews but we were very happy with our stay. It was easy to find and the underground car park was where Google Maps suggested it was! You had to phone reception (on WhatsApp was easy) at the parking gates and they lift the barriers. Plenty of parking and easy lift to reception.
We had a one-bed apartment on the 14th floor - massive balcony facing inland with a table and chairs. Comfortable large bed, lovely comfortable sofa, great bathroom. All very clean.
We only used the restaurant for breakfast and we were happy with the selection (which included cakes!). Great view from the terrace of the sea and the Old Town.
It was a couple of minutes to walk down to the shore and then 10 minutes stroll along the waterfront to the Old Town.
The pool looked lovely with a great view as well, but we didn't have time to use it as we only stayed one night.

Worst Hotel Experience – Not as Advertised, Dirty Rooms, Poor Service, No Refund
I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The photos online make it look beautiful, and the reception area appears impressive when you first enter. Unfortunately, that’s where the good part ends. At check-in, you must pay the entire amount upfront – and they have a strict no-refund policy, even if you are completely dissatisfied.
The rooms are located on the 11th to 15th floors. We stayed in room 133. It was large and spacious, but in very poor condition. The walls were dirty and greasy, the sofa in the living room was filthy and heavily stained, the kitchen was huge but almost empty (only two plates, two spoons, two forks, two small knives, and two glasses). The stove top was broken, one of the tiles was cracked, and the table was scratched and dented.
The bathroom mirror was damaged, the cabinet under the sink was swollen from water damage, and the shower was broken. In the bedroom, there was no TV, and the light didn’t work. The fan coils were extremely old, yellow from age, with warped and peeling displays – when turned on, they filled the room with a strong dusty smell.
The restaurant was very disappointing. The buffet was set up in a small, hot room (about 4 x 2.5 meters) with very limited food choices. To fill empty spaces, they used brown curtains as decoration. It looked cheap and uninviting and dirty.
When I tried to check out the next morning due to my dissatisfaction, I was told that no money would be refunded – not even partially.
Warning to future guests: This hotel is not as advertised. The photos online are misleading, the rooms are dirty and poorly maintained, the facilities are outdated, and the service is unhelpful. Once you pay, you will not get your money back.

Not completely the hotels fault but after booking through booking.com a year earlier, we arrived at 2pm in 35degree heat to be told from the rude reception lady that it was nothing to do with her and to contact the private apartment owner directly. Turns out the booking had be cancelled previously, unknown to us and we were left without any accommodation. The owner of the apartment had closed bookings due to renovations but did not inform anyone who booked, the hotel or Booking.com
The receptionist did not offer to help trace the owner but did eventually call us a taxi to get to a new hotel. All around the hotel was obvious loud high rise building work with cranes to be seen in all directions. We had a lucky escape!
