Hotel: 1/10. Staff: 10/10. Rundown building

The hotel itself? Not great. Dark, gloomy lobby not inviting. Rooms are way too small, feels like they're trying too hard to fit everything in. AC didn't work. Toilet door kept locking on its own genuinely dangerous. Everything felt outdated, and the window was so heavy I couldn't open it. But I'm giving two stars just for the staff. Alex at reception and another sweet lady (I didn't catch her name) were amazing. Friendly, helpful, went out of their way for me. I honestly only stayed because of them.
Alex and kind lady thank you. Hotel management? Please do better. Your staff is carrying you.

Overpriced and underwhelming

Unfortunately, my stay at Springs Hotel was disappointing. The hotel feels quite dated — rooms and common areas are clearly in need of renovation. For the price, it simply doesn’t offer good value. The staff were not particularly friendly or helpful, which made the experience less welcoming.
The Japanese restaurant on the first floor has potential, but the food quality and service were inconsistent from one visit to the next. Overall, I expected much more for the price point. I wouldn't recommend it unless major improvements are made.
