1-Star Review: Unlivable Room – Avoid This Hotel!

I had an absolutely miserable stay here due to multiple major failures that made the room unusable and unsafe.
The air conditioning didn't work all night, leaving the room sweltering hot, and there was a heater blasting non-stop with no switch—its cable buried under the floor so I couldn't unplug it.
Hot water? Barely enough to fill the tub 15 cm before it went ice cold.
The "soundproof" room woke me at 8 AM from people chatting outside the door.
My "city view" window faced a ground-level staircase and wall—terrifying to open at night over robbery fears.
Late checkout request denied unless I paid extra, despite these disasters.
Completely misrepresented listing. Do not book. Total waste of money.

Good location and quiet, to improve some things

The room where I stayed was quiet at night, despite the hotel being centrally located attached to the MallDova shopping center where there are many shops, a food area and a well-stocked supermarket.
The breakfast is buffet style and has a wide choice of both savoury and sweet dishes.
The negative is that in the room where I stayed there was an old air conditioner that uses R22 freon gas.
I then found some hair in the shower stall.
The breakfast time was short, from 08:00 to 10:00, not suitable for business or leisure customers.

Extremely disappointing stay

I expected much more from this hotel. The service was careless and unprofessional — staff showed no attention to guests’ needs and offered no apology when problems occurred. The room was not properly cleaned, and several amenities were missing or broken. Communication with reception was slow and unhelpful.
Overall, the experience felt far below the standard this hotel advertises. Definitely not worth the price, and I would not recommend staying here.

Low standards of hygien

Low standards of hygien, bad smell when you enter a room.
Bedsheet was with unpleasant smell, mold in bathroom, carpet was full of dust.

This hotel is absolutely not worth the price or the 4-star rating it claims.
• The toilet was filthy, with visible stains and a strong urine smell (see photo).
• The shower and sink were leaking all over the floor, and everything was full of mold. • No soundproof at all — you hear every noise from outside and other rooms.
• There was no staff at reception to help.
• When staff finally appeared in the morning, they were rude and unprofessional.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
