Good hotel.

It was the first family trip I made and very good experience I lived with my family in this hotel. Its location is excellent, as across the street is the ADO. The staff were friendly and professional. I would return again without hesitation.

Clean, well placed hotel

We were two adults and two 15year old girls. We found the hotel very clean, very well placed, large rooms, good mirrors. On the minus side, the booking was messed up, so we got a triplet room in stead of double but was ok, too few sockets in the rooms.

Simple but impeccable

Fairly simple hotel with no frills but everything works well and absolutely nothing is missing
The price is good, the location is very central and the rooms have everything you need for a pleasant stay: comfortable bed, clean bathroom, comfortable and working shower, mosquito nets on the windows and smart TVs for those who go to Mexico and then watch television .
The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about activities in the area. This is very important when traveling, especially for those who don't like to plan everything from Italy.
At that price it is difficult to find better.
It is located in front of the bus terminal, so it is very convenient for those traveling around Mexico by public transport but despite this it is also quiet (at least our room was).

Comfortable

Excellent localization right opposite the bus station. This is a nice hotel, quite large and reasonably priced with friendly staff. The rooms are spacious with reasonable Hi-Fi. The hotel provides water on each landing... just need to fill your bottles.

Our Home away from Home in Valladolid

Some places just call you back and Valladolid is one of them. That being said it’s so much better when you find a hotel like a second home. As you step off the street and into the courtyard entrance there is peace and tranquility that washes over you. Our host Miguel was gracias and kind. The staff left us wanting for nothing. Waking up to coffee in the courtyard with towering fruit trees and birds singing is just the beginning. Just a few blocks from the central park with its markets and restaurants and only 10 minutes walk to the most relaxing cenote. Hotel Valladolid with its king beds, colonial setting and generous staff is our favorite home away from home.
