Very nice and clean hotel. Thank you to Jose at the front desk and Marcos y Javier at the restaurant. Friendly services and with the big smile make the difference

Disappointing despite friendly staff

Rooms not soundproofed (you can clearly hear the neighbors talking, in the bathroom...), no bottle of water in the rooms, shower gel not restocked, towels not replaced, uncomfortable pillows...
Only positive point: Marco, a very kind and helpful waiter

The worst experience I ever had of hotel , the room is no near the picture and the lobby was empty for one hour at the check in

Great service from Marcos

I had a great time. Marcos on the rooftop was very helpful and kind. He helped us get whatever we wanted and he was full of jokes and recommendations. He anticipated our very need we could ask for better service as a group of friends. We will be back

Cocktail class at Motto(tulum)

I really enjoyed Atanacio and he also explained the cultural aspect of Mezcal and the different types. Very informative.
