Excellent service and people attending

We have stayed my family and I on 3 occasions and the excellent service, very clean the rooms and rooms, the manager and all the people who attended us very friendly at all times, in the evening indeed no one stayed at reception but that did not mean that there was no one in charge , that is why we were confident to book for the price made me just the service and very quiet, we never had any inconveniences, I will stay again soon!!

Ok, could be better

Weird location, a lot of buildings in construction around ours with work starting at 8am. The room was ok clean but we found hair in the bathroom. The pool is way smaller than the photo make you believe (jaccuzzi size) and is not heated! It’s close-ish to the beach but not really, you’ll need to drive to access the main beach. And it’s 20min walk to the main street thru backstreets or 8min drive. Good thing was the price and we needed 3 bedrooms which was not easy to find. Pro: Rooms were large and staff was really nice. A few nice bars and upscale restaurants arouns. I think the area will be nice when all the hotels/resorts/restaurants construction are done

ROBBERY AT THE AZUL TULUM HOTEL by GURU HOTEL

I am AUGUSTO from ARGENTINA
THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF ALL MY TRIPS (OVER 25...)
THEY STOLEN A LOT OF MONEY FROM ME.
I called the manager, ERNESTO never answered me either by phone or by WhatsApp, not that day, not the next day, not ever, because he was supposedly not there.
THE REPLACEMENT, GUADALUPE, attended to me AND DID NOT TAKE CHARGE OF ANYTHING, she told me that I did not have access to the cameras, and that in Cancun, there is a central office or an office... they never explained to me, they could not access the cameras.
Then I went to the TULUM PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE to file a REPORT OF THE THEFT.
THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.
It's also like a ghost hotel... there is NO ONE from the hotel at various times of the day...
A HORRIBLE HOTEL IN EVERY SENSE, NOTHING RECOMMENDABLE

Sr. Palazzo, lamentamos mucho la situación que menciona en este medio de lo sucedido y comentarle que es la primera vez que se presenta una denuncia de este tipo, al respecto el hotel cuenta con cajas de seguridad en cada habitación para que los huéspedes puedan resguardar sus objetos de valor y lamentamos mucho que haya olvidado usarla.
Por último Sr. Palazo, le comento que estamos en la mejor disposición de cooperar en aclarar esta situación que comenta, coadyuvaremos a las investigaciones de la autoridad respecto a la denuncia presentada por usted.

It was a nice stay very relaxing, It lays perfect in the center. So perfect hotel to go to the beach, clubs or restaurants. Also the reception was very kind. The only bad thing was that you need to put on a sign if the room needs to be cleaned we didn’t no that so the beds were dirty the second night.

Good but really empty

Great place to stay, the staff is really friendly and helpful a lot, quiet place and really cozy, it is just for sleep because there is nothing going on at the hotel, I hope the rooftop have a bar, but sadly, it is just a empty pool, with no ambient. But mostly was a great experience
