I give this hotel a 10 out of 10 in everything: the cleanliness, the comfort of the room, the quality of the bed, the pillows, the bedding, the sofa, the desk, the shower, the hotel hallways, and the beautiful hotel entrance. It also has a gorgeous rooftop. One particular standout is the service: there was one person at the hotel who made sure every detail was perfect, from measuring the water in the vases on the table to the bathrooms, the doors, and the windows. I had never seen a manager or an owner so meticulous in ensuring everything was of the highest quality.”

expensive, slow checkin, noone serving the bar downstairs, unclear really what was in the hotel, rooms on the smaller side. Overall not that impressed

Very modern hotel, beautiful interiors, dark rooms for good sleeping, yummy breakfast with nice chill music in the background. Best hotel in Torreon so far

All excellent

Excellent place with amazing facilities and the service is great!!
The restaurant is very good for breakfast and to eat too!!! I highly recommend it! The location is also very good! The pool is so godfathered on the rooftop!

Great location, very good service; was a great choice

It is completely new, everything very clean. With very good service and the restaurant is very good.
The location is excellent, either business or family trip. The rooms are very spacious and the service excellent. It has ample parking.
