Spacious and modern suite

We loved the beautiful view, the cleanliness, everything was good
I'm telling you, I stayed in a suite but the internet never reached us
Another detail, downstairs there is a gym and it's a spinning class, therefore, early in the morning they already have the mess and those are those new club-style classes, just so you take it into account
It didn't matter much to me, I get up early, I even wanted to go join the class. Hahaha

Good bang for your buck

The location of this hotel is somewhat hidden, since it is very small and surrounded by other businesses on the same building. The service from the staff was very good. The room was large, and hat everything you'd expect. There are various cosmetic details throughout the room, as if there was no routine maintenance, but nothing too egregious. The environment is quiet and had a good night sleep. The price included breakfast, which is nice.

You should remove this property from your inventory. Very hard to find and limited access to upper two floors of what was an office building. Once provided access there was no way to return to the lobby on the second floor without going to the basement garage and hopefully the “guard” was on duty. Practically no WIFI which made the small smart TV worthless. Smoke detector beeped all night. Horrible experience.

Everything was good, it was just difficult to find it and understand the elevator since you cannot go up until you notify the front desk, other than that everything was good.

Avoid this place

Although the hotel is well located the stay was a nightmare. To access it you have to go into the underground garage and ask the security guard to grant you permission, go to the second floor and, if you’re in the third floor, the frond desk employee has to punch the elevator for you to go to the third floor. The problem is that the front desk employee is also in charge of the reservations, special requests, luggage, even the towels. Internet is non existent for practical purposes. There are no phones on the rooms so you have to call the front desk on your cellphone. Maintenance is non existent and there are many issues that need fixing. The he only plus is the bed and the sheets that are very clean. Towels have holes and in one day they didn’t arrive on time from the cleaners so the rooms didn’t have towels until the evening when the front desk attendant had to go room to room giving them to guests and, of course, couldn’t keep attending the elevator that broke. The stairs are not finished in some floors and there is no handrail. The breakfast is a joke again because there is only one person to do everything. The personal is stretched to the top and cannot function properly. I would not recommend this hotel at all.
