Very good location and value for money.

The hotel has a very good value for money. Clean rooms, air conditioning, LED screen and safe. Good service from the staff at an affordable price for its location, since Avenida Revolución in Tijuana is the pedestrian street where clubs, bars, and hotels are located. It is a very busy entertainment area of the city and this hotel is located right there, so if you have plans for food and drinks and can walk back to the hotel without any problem, it is highly recommended.

This is an awesome hotel! It was recently renovated . Nice TVs good working air conditioners and free parking. It's also in the heart of centro where everything is. The staff is amazing and very friendly and helpful. You get more than what you pay for here. One of my favorites!

The room was like the pictures, nice and clean, my view to the street pretty cool. right in downtown restaurants and all around within walking distance. I liked it a lot.
the staff was helpful. parking was easy and secure.
I definitely stay there again.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The staff were extremely unfriendly and acted like they did not care at all about guests.
When I checked into my room, the bedsheets were absolutely disgusting and clearly stained. It was obvious they had not been properly changed or washed. I immediately asked for a different room. The second room was slightly better, but still dirty. This is completely unacceptable.
Cleanliness is the most basic responsibility of any hotel, and this place failed terribly. It honestly felt like they do not change their bedsheets between guests. That is not just poor service — it is unsanitary and irresponsible.
I strongly do NOT recommend staying here. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually values hygiene and respects their guests.
