Very nice Hotel and excellent customer service, always waving and the guy who stays the night at reception, very friendly. Very clean the hotel

Very disappointing experience

Absolute tourist trap! Better to avoid this hotel. The name "resort" is complete ridiculous since there's nothing what makes it to a resort (unless you count the blue ribbon around your wrist as a characteristic of a resort). Staff at reception has quite an arrogant attitude. "You may be happy to be able to stay here".
After arrival in the early evening: no warm water at all. The hotel didn't make much speed to get it restored. Happily I was traveling with a native speaking Mexicana, otherwise communication would have been impossible due to the fact that nobody spoke English.
Next morning the same situation: no warm water again. Same procedure (after a lot of pushing) it was repaired. But at check-out not any apologies or compensation.
