Perfect hotel, if you just put A/C it would be 10/10 otherwise its a 9.5/10

The rooms are beautiful, however, for this price level, I’d except more comfort.
There is no AC in the room and it was super hot. We had the fan on but couldn’t cool down the room at night.
The hot tub can only be managed by the hotel staff. The water is pretty cold, which avoided me from going in. We wanted to go into the hot tub again the next morning but they didn’t drain the ttbath from the night before.
Breakfast is not included in the price. We signed of on the bill at the table, but when we paid, they manually added 15% tip to the bill after we signed! The standard tip in Mexico is 10%. So sad.
You also can’t pay with your credit card using Apple Pay. You need to have your physical card with you.

The front desk and valet parking staff were very helpful. The rooms were decent, but the downsides were the low water pressure in the bathroom and the old showerhead.

The room was beautiful and had a Mountain View. We had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our stay. The valet was super kind and the parking lot very close by. The restaurant staff was also lovely. Loved being near the city center and all the tourist attractions. The only downside is that a lot of light comes through in the mornings or during the day in case you need a nap. Would stay here again for sure.
