The hotel was well kept, employees were friendly, but they were very strict on the check in time, we arrived early and they didn't let us check in until exactly 3:00 pm

Decent base for city break

As the name suggests, the hotel is located in the city centre and ideal for strolling to the many places and sites that give the Centro Historico its UNESCO status. Despite its location just off the main central thoroughfare, traffic noise in our room was minimal, although the chiming of various churches bells was more apparent! Our clean, decent-sized room and bathroom facilities was perfectly adequate for our 3-night stay. Served breakfast offered a range of egg based dishes, hot cakes, fruits, juice and tea/coffee. Staff on reception were efficient. All considered this represented good value for such a central location.

Great price for location and service

My friends and I stayed here for two nights and we had a good experience. Its location is excellent if you want to visit downtown and take some tours, and the staff is very kind. The rooms are simple so if you are not planning on spending too much time in the hotel this one is a great choice. Even though it didn't include breakfast there is a cafe inside and there is also a great restaurant for breakfast right in front of the hotel.
