Unfortunate stay

The reception staff very rude and unprepared... the maintenance of the hotel very bad, the rooms reasonably well, the BREAKFAST a frighteningly cold thing. Value for money quality leaves much to be desired. IT'S NOT WORTH WHAT WE PAY FOR

Bad experience

I DON'T RECOMMEND IT. CARPIOT COCKROACHES IN THE ROOM, looks very sloppy, furniture in bad shape. THEY DO NOT FULFIL WHAT THEY OFFER AT THE TIME OF BOOKING: without prior notice they did not give restaurant service on the 25th and when booking that they did not clarify, and they offered 1 breakfast included, on the 26th they did not want to replenish the breakfast of the previous day that was missing.

Lousy.

Abysmal customer service on the part of the reception and on the part of its employees act like they are at home, the receptionist abysmal service has no idea what is customer service. The rooms don't look like a good hotel, they look old with a road Motel look. For the price I would recommend staying in another hotel and research well before staying.

Pleasantly surprised

I had already stayed in this hotel last year. I really enjoyed the clean atmosphere and tasteful decoration. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and always happy to help both at the reception and the restaurant.
There was a new feature this time though, american breakfast included in the price of a room. Being a vegetarian I got a little concerned and asked for more information. They told me they were several options and offered to check with the restaurant what exactly the options were but I was sort of in a rush due to the long trip I had had so I just said there was no need. I was sure I would be able to have one of those options. This morning I found out the options all included eggs which is not part of my diet.
After speaking with some of the staff and being told there were no other options unless I decided to order directly from the menu at an additional cost I asked to speak with the manager. OMG, what a pleasant surprise. He was totally open to offer me options and without hesitation asked the restaurant staff to get me whatever I asked for. Vegetarianism is not as common in Mexico as it is in Canada so I really appreciate his openness and pro-activeness to accommodate my diet.
