We had a warm welcome from first getting to the property and when we checked into our room, we were blown away… the design of the room, attention to detail and little touches were just magical and we didn’t want to leave. The location was great, we enjoyed the sauna and the jacuzzi pool was lovely (if a little cold). Great breakfast spot across the road too. Staff were helpful about any tours and transfers and it’s one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. We’ll definitely tell people about it and would love to be back!

What a gem! Gorgeous hotel. Rooms and bathroom a little small for Americans but for the rest of the world it’s perfect. Service is excellent. I was craving a fruit drink with real fruit and was surprised that the staff brought one to me after I mentioned it. Ivan at the front desk speaks excellent English and will provide comfortable tours to the best sites in the area. The owner and his son were there on our last day and made sure to check in with us. Only 9 rooms making it a boutiques hotel. Book it. You won’t be disappointed.

This place is amazing. It’s super clean, and comfortable. It’s very close to shopping centers and restaurants.

Recently built, centric location. Walking distance to Zocalo, Templo Santo Domingo, and markets. Excellent staff, especially Ivan, very helpful.

What I liked was the mini pool/jacuzzi and the room, everything is brand new.
By the other hand, the staff doesn’t explain how to use the amenities, such as the TV at the terrace or the electronic devices. Lack of good vibes.
