The place it's close to "el camino del romance", "las tarascas", acueducto, and a few blocks of Catedral de Morelia " downtown.

This is the second time I encounter issues at check in.
I call and my room according to staff was ready and available for early check in.
Due to a delayed on the highway, I arrived around 3:30pm and was told I was going to have to wait, that kind of got me upset and they did provide me with a room, but again this is the second time they do that, they also did not provide room upgrade as a VIp status

Even though the staff was friendly and tried to be helpful, the actual condition of the hotel is terrible. My first room had a window that didn’t fully close and had street noise. My 2nd room after asking to get a different one had an ongoing noise coming that kept me up. When you add the peeling paint on walls and doors plus general state of disarray it’s hard to understand where those 3 stars came from. I actually ended up giving up my last night and going to a different hotel.

Lots of potential

The location and price are excellent as the hotel is located in the center of Morelia. However, the property needs maintenance and the rooms are quite noisy. Soundproofing is recommended to enhance the guest experience.
