Great place

Wonderful converted Spanish mansion. Something like this would cost 3 to 6 times as much on Europe. Staff organised tours etc. Very central. Two blocks to Central Plaza. Very safe. Your door lock is a massive padlock. They look like the original doors. Always someone on the desk. Very clean. Nice courtyard/patio. Good wireless
Good enough for Netflix anyway
Plenty of plug sockets in the rooms.
No restaurant but plenty of them within a hundred yards.
Nice and quiet
No busy road outside and the interior walls are about a foot thick. I highly recommend Gertrudis.
The taxi drivers don't have sat nav so show them the location on Google maps

Last room

Well I don't know if it was because the room was very close to the street but there was a cockroach besides that it was very close to the reception and you heard a lot of noise. Unfortunately we were canceled because we were late but it was because of the weather and we had no choice but to keep that room.

Fantastic

Perfect location! Safe and quiet. The old hacienda is beautiful but the bathroom is modern. The shower is a welcomed amenity!
Close (walking) to the main churches and squares. Staff is super helpful and nice.
Simply lovely.

Kokagune ona, hiri erdigune berean, ez da merkeena eta gosaria oso kaxkarra (akeita, gailetak, iogurta eta sagarrak baino ez dute, baina orokorrean ongi dago. Ostatuko langileen soinua gelaraino sartzen da goizetan.

Great location bang in the middle of town, not the cheapest hotel and breakfast is bad (coffee, biscuits, yogurt and apples), but good choice in general. Rooms not soundproof, hotel staff noisy in the mornings.

Lots to like with this Hotel

The location is perfect. The price is reasonable. The bathroom was great - lots of hot water with a great shower. When I asked for more towels and an extra pillow, they were delivered promptly. Biggest drawback was the lack of light in the room. The bulbs were actually 10 watt. It was very difficult to read in the evening and felt gloomy. The decor in our room was a bit odd. Two metal twin beds, very retro I guess, and very minimal furniture. That is a minor point. The very low lightening was annoying. Over all though, very worth the money.
