A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE

Luis, the Manager, and his entire staff went out of their way to make my stay at the hotel a very wonderful experience. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

Worst hotel experience ever!

Don't book here! Trust me
Hotel staff entered my room and took my watch and my wife's jewelry, and when I complained about it, they wouldn't even listen to me.
Aside from that, the hotel is old and attracts a rough crowd (there were even fistfights one evening).

Terrible hotel

The receptionists showed no willingness to assist or serve the guests.
The television in the room only had 8 channels.
I would never return.

Chose Wyndham brand thinking it would be better than unknown brand hotels in Monterrey. So terribly disappointed to find drain in shower not working and dirty water bath overflowing and backed up. The towels didn't look clean. The sink had a broken piece and drain also not working. Dirty sink water remained backed up from the night before. The room smelled damp and musty and AC did not cool at all. We reported the issues to friendly front desk staff who said a technician would be sent to address them, but no one came. We were so tired, and it was a 1night stay, so just gave up and finally slept for a few hours. Front desk staff was very helpful.

I have to admit I love this hotel. We stayed in it in October 2025 and again just recently. Older place but great rooms and the staff are amazing. Price is great.
