The hotel was decent with nice room and god beds. It is placed in an industrial area and the pool was dirty.

Attention and Respect

It is very nice the hotel, the cleanliness very well, the only thing to go supervision does not respect your privacy knocks very ugly doors and gets in without warning when one can be naked, the service of kitchen lousy , a coffee in a glass of uniel of a liter,

The room was perfectly clean, the front desk staff very welcoming, the only recommendation i have is to add blackouts to the window

Cancelled stay, no hotel refund, no reply to emails

Following a change in the flights due to the airline, we requested the cancellation of the booking as was supposedly possible, in order to reschedule our stay when we had a new travel date. MBM RED SUN HOTEL did not proceed with the cancellation or refund, and did not deign to respond to the various messages.
