The front desk lady was really attentive and very welcoming, best hotel customer service I have ever received. Asked for an early check in and she didn’t give me a run around said everything straight forward with certainty. I will definitely be staying here again, as the level of service I received surpassed any expectations.

It was goood I use to stay across the street or next door hotels but decided to make this one my permanently hotel wen I come to mexicali.but idk anymore.there was aloooot of armed men at the place ifk if there cops or something else..

Only downside was the train ..loud around 5am and pool chair broken, other than that it was an okay stay.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I do however, have a problem with the condition of the room I stayed in. It felt very dated and kinda shabby. They should remodel that room immediately.

The pool is 4 ft deep. There is not phone in the room. No room service or breakfast. The TV is older and small. No Wifi password given. The property is clean and has wall air conditioning, basic hair drier and Iron. No microwave or fridge. Room did not have a faucet in the bathtub; maintenance fixed it right away when advised. The bathroom door didn't lock. Overall, for a last minute stay, it was ok. This hotel is like a motel 6.
