Excellent location.

I had a good experience at the Chariot Hotel. The staff was friendly and the location proved convenient for my activities. Overall, the stay was pleasant and met my expectations.
As an area for improvement, I believe the pool requires more attention regarding cleanliness and maintenance, as this greatly influences the guests' experience. With some improvements in this aspect, the stay could be much more satisfactory.
Even so, I appreciate the attention received and hope these comments are useful for continuing to improve.

Great location, parking available, nice-looking building.
• lack of maintenance in general
• poor cleaning (details)
• none/or small windows, no natural light
• towels need to be renovated, nice hotel for such a poor quality or very old
• need a back office to recibe complains (we were checking out and there was a previous guest making a show for something forgotten or stolen, right there in the lobby in front of everyone)
• Staff could be a little nicer!
Seems like the Kavia group has taken over small hotels and renovated them, but it needs more attention in small details!

Comfortable bed, nice rain shower with plenty of hot water. Relatively quiet for being in a busy area. I would not go to the restaurant attached even though it is not associated with the hotel. Parking just behind the hotel with covered spaces was well lit at night.

Horrible time

WARNING WARNING Worst service! Do not stay at this place! the lady at the front desk has a horrible attitude Take your money elsewhere. The pool is nothing like the pictures in the main page
