Very enjoyable resort. If you have mobility issues, I do not recommend it for you. It is built into a cliff side. Beautiful views but lots of stairs and uneven surfaces.

This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The property is extremely outdated, with furniture in poor condition and a general lack of maintenance throughout. The quality of the rooms and food was well below expectations particularly troubling for a resort advertised as all-inclusive.
Shockingly, the “All-inclusive” package included only one coffee and one piece of bread per day, which is unacceptable by any standard.
The only redeeming aspect of the stay was the El Faro restaurant, which provided a much needed contrast to the otherwise subpar experience.
Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at this property. The service, amenities, and overall value were severely lacking.

The staff was amazing, always helpful, smiling, and always around. I would definitely stay here again.

The AC unit inside one of bedroom started to leak all over the floor. It kept my daughter up all night and she slipped on the water. Thank God she was able to hold on to something. The problem was reported to staff and I wasn’t even spoken to compensate the lack of sleep for my daughter and the issue of water all over the room. I was disappointed.

The hotel has definitely improved greatly since covid. buffets and restaurants excellent and staff was wonderful. Thanks we will return
