Great time with the family.

Clean hotel with 3 swimming pools. Had fun with the family. The staff was helpful and friendly. The noise level was acceptable. The rooms had all the basics including a kitchenette. I love that Ixtapa has so much greenery on and off the property. The beaches were within walking distance. Ofcourse there are other beaches further away that you can visit to snorkel, scuba, or fish.

The Ixtapa Palace

This place is run down. No hot water in shower. The water slide doesn't work and the mini golf is closed. The restaurant downstairs is good enough. It's a good location but that's about it

Family vacation

Hello, I'm Anuar. I really liked the Hotel because it is large, clean and with very good service. The rooms are very comfortable and large. It was a family trip and we had a great time because the hotel staff is also very friendly. It has a gym and a very delicious restaurant. I highly recommend.

Lots of crazies around. They overcharge like crazy!!! They advertise a waterpark that has not functioned in decades. Many things broken in every room. Met a fake Canadian doctor. Calls himself Doc of Detox.

Worst Resort

This resort is in need of major repairs outside and inside the unit we stayed in. The tiny kitchen was less than adequate and was missing basic kitchen utensils and equipment. The room lamps did not work as well as other things. The towels are like sand paper as well as the bed sheets. You do not want to stay at this resort. The only positives were the service from bell boy Alberto and the AC did work in the room.
