Hotel las Quintas

Es un hotel donde se descansa cómodamente está muy limpio y el precio de la habitación es económico en el restaurant precios muy accesibles y muy rica la comida, el trato de su personal fue muy amable.

Beware this hotel is DIRTY!

Beware, this hotel is DIRTY! After receiving my first room, I requested for someone to clean it. They assigned me a different room, which was just as dirty. Bathrooms were dirty with hairs everywhere, including the pillowcase. The pillowcases looked like nobody had ever washed them. I do not recommend this hotel. I asked for a refund and went down the street five dollars more got me an amazing place to stay.

Horrible service! Rooms are gross!

We paid $217 for a suite. We waited an hr past our check in time to get into our room because housekeeping was short staffed & wasn't getting rooms clean in time. There were several other families waiting for their rooms as well. We didn't even get a sorry for it! Once we finally got to our room the first thing we noticed was the stains on the floor. They were everywhere & large! We had to ask for bedding for the sofa pullout 3 times! We were told twice they would bring them but when they weren't delivered we called a third time & were told WE could come get them. Then when we went to the front counter to get them & told the front end attendant we had asked for them hours ago he told us "well I wasn't here then so there's nothing I can do about it. Ull have to wait at least a half hr until we can get them to you". He was VERY rude about it! There are also no screens on the Windows on the eighth floor! When the Windows are opened fully there is 3 ft opening that any child, pet or adult could very easily fall out of. Very unsafe! There was also broke equipment in the workout room & our toilet kept continuously running. Over all a bad stay & definitely not worth the money!

Pésimo hotel! Jamás lo recomendaria.

El personal de staff fue muy amable! Pero la gerencia o el encargado del hotel tiene un total desconocimiento de lo que es la atención al cliente y sobre todo que el cliente repetido es que te puede hacer la mejor publicidad.
Considera esta persona que te está haciendo un favor al permitirte estar en las instalaciones.
Jamás lo recomendaría.

BUENA OPCION SI NO QUIERES GASTAR MUCHO Y VAS DE TRABAJO.

Me quedé ahí a inicios de noviembre para impartir un curso a gente productora de uva de mesa, y por la cercanía de sus oficinas nos quedamos ahí. Es una buena opción, (como dije), si se va uno todo el día y regresas a dormir. Tiene lo necesario para estar ahí. Lo que siento que debería mejorar es el restaurante porque para los que ya llegamos tarde, la comida no está caliente (y ni tan tarde, hablo de las 8pm, hora de la cena), además de que no salen de las mismas opciones. Fuera de ellos es un sitio económico, bien ubicado y con todas las facilidades debido a esta.
