Second time here at this hotel and our stay as always amazing and the view second to none. I have to say it does need an upgrade

Staff was amazing, from the parking attendant to the man telling you where to park, front desk, Bar, restaurant and Housekeeping were all Great! Unfortunately the rooms were not as cleaned as I expected them to be. I asked the front desk if they can have housekeeping clean behind the bed because it was full of dust and lint. Unfortunately when we got back to our room, it was never cleaned. Bathrooms didn't have exhaust fans. Walls are to thin.. But GREAT Staff

Upon arrival the parking is very limited , while I parked my car upfront to check in and unload I fell in a gap in the driveway scraped up my knee and leg , let staff know they offered an alcohol cotton and some band aids , later on in the evening ,we went down by the pool and no pool towels where available we went by several Times to reception asking for pool towels they continually said they’re not ready yet we spent around 5 hrs by the pool overheard the family next to us complaining about no pool towels available either for them and we never got any pool towels we where told to use the only 2 provided in our room for showering as pool towels, then after walking down the steps from reception area towards the pool area I slipped and fell on the wet floor no signs or rugs to prevent that, hurt myself pretty badly figured alcohol and a band aid would not be useful this time and was just glad it was me and not a small child or an elderly person.

Great hospitality and excellent service. We are always greeted by Antonio, who is incredibly helpful with our luggage, ice chests, and fishing poles. The parking lot feels safe, even when we leave items in the back of our truck. We’ve never had a bad experience here. While the rooms are a bit outdated, they are always clean, comfortable, and offer a great view. We enjoy staying here and appreciate the welcoming atmosphere every time.

The room is outdated but very clean. Staff was helpful. For the price, it was worth it.
