Can’t Wait to Return!

Checked every box for an amazing stay! Room and view are breathtaking, we enjoyed the sound of the waves all day from our balcony as well as on the deck of the pool. The staff is focused on hospitality and they made every effort to ensure that our time at Punta Morra was memorable. Servers, room attendants, and front desk staff are all so helpful and professional. We can concur: the food is exceptional, do not skip dessert! From the moment we drove in, we felt confident that Punta Morra takes the responsibility of its guest’s safety to heart. Looking very much forward for a longer return visit in the coming months.

Terrible management

I’ve been to the restaurant often and had never stayed at the hotel. I had business in Ensenada so I stayed, paid the full fee and they gave me room 102. The water in the shower early in the morning is cold. When I talked to the manager Sergio, he said that “yeah” the heaters for that room are older therefore, the water takes a long time to get warm . I waited 20 minutes and then showered with cold water for another 15 so that’s 35 minutes. So if they know, why give me that room? Why charge me full rate?
Will not return and give them my business when they did not care or do anything to repair the impression. The restaurant is great and the views are gorgeous. But with that service… why bother

Horrible Service!

Really bad experience at the restaurant - Server was okay, but an error in the check, brought on the worst possible customer service by their “manager”! I asked for the GM of the hotel, and was told he was eating lunch, and he could not be reached! I celebrated my wedding there 5 years ago, and not even that changed their attitude. Will not be coming back!

Getaway to Baja California

Very beautiful hotel on the edge of the Pacific that we can observe from the deckchairs. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The cleanliness is impeccable. This hotel has a large restaurant, a bar, two swimming pools and a jacuzzi. We had a great time.

AMIZING TIMES

Excellent hotel with excellent food and very nice staff . Great view of ocean, great customers service , special thanks to the manager Roberto Miranda , how give us a great customer service. Would return for sure. Highly recommend....to others including family
