First time staying here. Customer service is great, staff is very friendly. Food is delicious and the bell hopper was also very helpful. Definitely found my go to hotel when visiting Colima.

Santander card and platinum level are not considered for their clients.

We are Platinum clients at Fiesta Rewards, and what bothers us is the lack of commitment from their members for not treating their clients well and making them feel at home. Not fulfilling what the brand offers (amenities, room perks, perks according to level, etc.). I hope Grupo Posadas responds.

Air conditioning was quite inadequate.

Very poor air conditioning service in the restaurant area.
Despite being in a very hot area, they keep the air conditioning off.

As usual front desk members were corteous and eager to fulfill our request. Everything run smoothly

The staff was great, the rooms were clean and well-equipped, all the amenities were there, there was a lot of security, and the pillows and mattresses were wonderful.
