I stayed 4 nights here and it was so nice! The beds were pretty comfy, there was AC and the bathroom and dorms were spotless! Every day the bed was made and rooms were cleaned! The outdoor area was very nice too, the gazebo had a nice vibe to it. Claudia was the best host as well, incredibly nice and very patient with my poor Spanish. She helped me figure out transportation and has tour guides available to for any excursion I was interested in! I would absolutely recommend and would love to stay again~

Amazing Staff!!

My friends and I loved this hostel! Great prices, a/c, good water pressure in the showers, comfortable beds, yummy breakfasts for only $3.75, and super helpful staff! The staff helped us book a last-minute rafting tour that was the highlight of the trip! And when we took a taxi to visit Xilitla, they talked with the taxi driver and ensured we were getting a good deal. Good location too, within walking distance of lots of restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Amazingly friendly, helpful, clean, correct, fully recommended!

Amazing hostel! It made our experience in the area into a successful and very beautiful one! Very helpful, capable, honest and friendly staff, rooms and other areas clean and neat, well organized and wonderful and easy car hire service! Thank you very much, muchas gracias !

Awesome stay !

Overall I had an awesome stay! The staff was extremely friendly and kind, and super helpful. Everything was really clean the beds and the rooms. They provided fresh fruit for breakfast mangos and papayas, and it is located in a central and safe neighborhood. They provided towels and linens. The only thing I would wish is that the shower would be a little cooler water and more pressure and that we could use the A.C. during the day since we could only use it overnight which honestly you don't really need it in the daytime since your out anyways. Overall, I would highly recommend it for the price and great customer service! Gracias Hostal Casa Huasteca :)

Perfect location in Ciudad Valles.. Trip advisor has incorrect location!

Tripadvisor does not have the correct location to this Hostal, it is located in Ciudad Valles, in San Luis Potosi.
This makes it not only a Hostal with Exceptionally clean and confortable places I have stayed in!
Also the location is perfect to complete all planned daily tours!
Walking distance to restaurants as well as markets.
The Hospitality of the owner of this places exceeds any expectation.
Continental breakfast was great, have a beautiful garden to go and sit to quietly read, have breakfast ect..
Price for all 3 nights was great....
Wifi, AC, lockers all perfectly functional
I would definitely recommend this place to all.
