The hotel is super clean, we love the decoration, the location, and the staff is very nice and kind. Super safe, I totally recommend this hotel and we definitely plan to comeback!

This place was okay. There were no black out curtains so the sun would beam in, the bed was so uncomfortable my back started hurting and there was no full length mirror. There is no soundproofing, the walls are sooo thin you can hear everything from the next room over.

Scam alert

Do not trust them. The description the hotel is very deceitful. It looks like a hotel I would pay $30 for. Not even windows but they try to hide itin the photos for that room.
Then I agreed to upgrade so I could have a place at least has a window. The manager agreed gave me his word. Told me when I come back after I finish work I can pay. He then went back on that and rented out the room anyway because he could get more money.

very cold rooms

The hotel is very well located, but the service is very bad, the rooms are large, in cold weather they have no heating, and their bedding is not warm. Support is requested from reception and they only give you a small heater that is not enough for the whole room, and they tell you that there is an additional blanket, but it is not really enough, there is no hot water, you have to be going down to reception to ask for solutions, because it is their application do not answer, so they cost their rooms if you should have mini splits with function of cold and heat in addition to suitable blankets for the season. In the indications in its application even tell you how it works and that if there is heating, but does not match the same type of air conditioning. I do not recommend it, I would not stay again in this property.

Fantastic property especially if sharing with a friend. We got the double room which had separate double beds and double sinks in the bathroom. Staff kept the room spotlessly clean everyday BUT sometimes forgot to replace all towels during our 8 night stay. They were not so responsive via email, but other than that we didn’t have any issues and would book again!
