The room was clean & very spacious. Staff were great
The supplies were a bit lacking. Had a coffee maker but couldn’t supply filters & no kettle. The beds were great but the couches were old & hard to get out of. Otherwise was a good value for money

The hotel was centrally located which i loved; but when calling the hotel no one ever answered. After 5p there is only one security guard available which wasnt able to answer or help with simple requests

Room needs to be updated. Cleaning was not done for a long period of time, dust and debri accumulated on floor and furniture. Elevator moves extremely slow. Floor by window in living room of penthouse is severely damaged huge risk of fall.

The suites were located very conveniently. Check-in and -out was easy and without complications.
The room was clean on first sight, but after a closer look to the bed, unfortunately we encountered a lot of stains. The receptionist was so kind to give us a fresh set of sheets, but again, stains. The receptionist made the effort to find a stainless pillowcase, but same result - stains.
I think it is time to buy new sheets, for the comfort of your guests.
