Staff are friendly and offered very good service. The hotel location is near many attraction places and food shop. The cost is so friendly for travellers.

This is was a excelent stay for almost 1 month. Location is great just about 200m from zocalo where the fifa fan festival is under the World Cup. The Rooms a clean and the staff wery kind and friendly. Specially Valdemar and Sonya whas so kind and helpfull. If I Ever visit Mexico city i will for sure stay at hotel Juárez again. Thanks for evrything !

Great location, near the metro to be able to get around without walking too far and the staff were friendly.

Great location and great price. You won't find a hotel more central to the Centro district than this. The room is very basic, however, but it's a solid bed and bathroom base for exploring the city.

Terrific location and good comfortable beds. Friendly staff.
The problem I had was with Expedia.There was civil unrest and the area around the hotel was cordoned off. I had enormous problems leaving and entering the area and getting to the hotel. It took about an hour, it was always unpleasant arguing with the police and it wasn't always possible. One afternoon the police wouldn't let anyone through the police lunes for a couple of hours
I cancelled my last night - I couldn't risk not arriving at the airport - but Expedia (& the hotel) weren't able to reimburse me.
