I don't know how to stay because they steal

I don't know about this hotel.
Cleaning staff take advantage of stealing things

Cleaning people stole from me

I do not recommend the hotel
The people who do the cleaning STOLE valuables from me (I had a few hours to leave them at the hotel)
And they don't want to give them back.

Worst hotel visit ever

I'm thoroughly disappointed this "hotel". We were treated like idiots.
First they stated we had to pay, even though the booking confstatedbthat payment had already been made, and they were shown the bank statements and booking confirmation.
After contacting booking.com we got told that we would get a refund. And the hotel had eventually allowed us to check in, with a room key which did not had a fob..
We went out and were told by the mLe reception staff that we must surrender our room key before leaving. And on our return was greeted rudely saying we must have a fob key for the room, as if it was our fault it was missing. The man proceeding shouting at us as if we were school children.
The room lacked the basics of a wardrobe, and most sockets were actually missing.
Honestly, this place isn't worth 10MXN let alone what they charge, they seem to be incompetent and totally lacking customer care.

Safe Room, Convenient Location, Perfectly Fine for the Price

Hotel Florida is in a great location right in the heart of the Centro Historico and it's super easy to get to/from the airport as the airport Metro bus stops right outside.
It's very basic and is definitely meant for the low-budget market but for the price it's a good deal and I'd definitely stay here again.
For a private room under twenty bucks it's a keeper but do keep in mind that this is a budget property and so what you're paying for is a safe place to sleep at night in the city center.
