The worst hostel in Mexico City
No hot water, no WiFi, no clean drinking water and no towel provided. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were very old and worn out. There were mosquitoes in my room.
The kitchen was not functional. There was no running water and the microwave did not work properly. There was also a lack of kitchen utensils and cutlery.
It’s was very hard to get a good nights rest. It was noisy until very late and then again early in the morning. The hallway was slippery and a safety hazard, and water was leaking everywhere outside my room.
The cleaner unlocked my room door in the middle of the night, came charging inside, shouting at me because my room had been changed by the other staff.
I reserved a room here for two nights, yet the management told me that the hostel was full the following morning.
This hostel should not be in operation and should be closed down. Avoid!

¡Horrible! Me he alojado en muchos albergues a lo largo de los años, pero, por desgracia, este fue el peor de todos. Recomiendo encarecidamente que eviten alojarse aquí.
No había agua caliente, ni WiFi, ni agua potable limpia y no había toallas. Las camas eran extremadamente incómodas y las almohadas estaban muy viejas y desgastadas. Había mosquitos en mi habitación.
La cocina no funcionaba. No había agua corriente y el microondas no funcionaba correctamente. También faltaban utensilios de cocina y cubiertos.
Fue muy difícil descansar bien por la noche. Había ruido hasta muy tarde y luego de nuevo temprano por la mañana. El pasillo estaba resbaladizo y era un peligro para la seguridad, y había fugas de agua por todas partes fuera de mi habitación.
La limpiadora abrió la puerta de mi habitación en mitad de la noche, entró corriendo y me gritó porque el otro personal había cambiado mi habitación.
Reservé una habitación aquí para dos noches, pero la dirección me dijo que el albergue estaba lleno a la mañana siguiente.
Este albergue no debería estar en funcionamiento y debería cerrarse. ¡Evítalo!
