Disappointing stay - old, dirty and very neglected facilities

Very bad experience. The hotel is already in very bad shape, with many things broken, worn and with too much dirt accumulated. The walls have cracks, the safe is not bolted to the furniture, the restaurant, although they promote it in all its media, has been closed for quite some time. The beds are already old and all the springs are felt, the whites (sheets and cushion covers) were stained. The curtains were full of mold and were broken, the balcony railing was already broken, the door to the terrace has no padlock, the beach is not at all manicured and dirty in general with trash (there is too much sargassum although they have in front of the hotel the sargassum barrier)

the room need some fix.The bathroom door I could not closed it because it was falling apart, not hot water, the sink and shower very rusted, in my view that place should not charge more than 30 dollars for the condition of the place.Thanks God. I was staying just one night, the staff was very friendly.

The patio door extremely hard to open. No coffee or tea provided in the room. Have to pay $10 extra fee for the cup of coffee

Super slow restaurant

The hotel very nice and friendly staff, but the restaurant service, read and what follows. An hour and a half for an egg with bacon, with chilaquiles and cold beans.
