The hotel was okay for the price and located in the Downton area of Cancún. The staff was nice. The only downside was that I got my room assigned at the top floor and there was no elevator. The cleanliness of the room was okay.

never seen more disgusting bathrooms in my life in a run-down area, unpleasant and uncooperative staff. Avoid!

Avoid like the plague. Dirty and degraded area, the rooms (two changed) were damp and the bathrooms unspeakable: the water did not flow in the bathroom and in the second the toilet was unusable. The problem was reported, partially resolved, but it remains a structure to stay away from... terrible staff at the reception

A modest hotel just 10 minutes from downtown Cancun ADO bus station

A modest and cheap hotel just 10 minutes from downtown Cancun ADO bus station. Polite staff, clean, simple but absolutely acceptable rooms. Great for 1-2 nights when you need to use Cancun as a transfer point.

Avoid

Very shady area, far from the centre, in a remote place away from restaurants or anything.
Walked into reception, said hello to receptionist, but he kept his back turned scrolling on his phone. Didnt acknowledge our presence at all. Waited 3 minutes walked out and booked another hotel.
Never had a hotel receptionist not acknowledge our presence before after saying hello to him..
